3. Personal tax returns for the last 2 years with all schedules
4. Copy of the most recent checking / savings / retirement statements covering the last 2 months. ALL PAGES
5. Purchase agreement and copy of Earnest Money check
6. Contact Information for HomeOwners Insurance
7. Copy of Photo id and Social Security cCards for all borrowers
8. Written Explanation of credit anomalies, including late payments, credit inquires, charge-offs, collections, judements and or liens
What all do i need to to Place an Offer on a Home:
1. A Real Estate Agent working on you behalf (at no cost to you the seller pays there Commission usually between 2.4% - 3.0 %)
2. A Pre Qualification letter from a Lender or Proof of Funds (bank statement if a cash offer)
3. A Signed Working with Real Estate Agent Brochure with your Signature and your Real Estate Agents.
4. Asigned Exclusive Buyers Agency Agreement Signed by you and yoor Real estate Agent
5. A completed and signed Offer to Purchase Agreement Signed by you and your spouse, which will be submitted to the listing Agent who will then give it to the seller or there acceptance.
